Image Paradise Wedding Photography | FAQ

What experience do you have?

I have trained with some of the best wedding photographers in the UK. David McNeilMike Gerrard & Kim Hawkins having completed an extensive course in Wedding photography with the Trained eye. I also made a conscious decision to take my photography more seriously a few years ago when I started studying part time for a degree in Professional Photography with Plymouth university. I now have one more year to complete

What equipment do you use?

I use two full frame cameras with professional graded lenses. I have a mixture of zoom lenses and primes which cover all focal lengths. I also carry a backup camera just in case my main cameras fail you can never be too careful.

Are you insured?

Yes I am fully covered as a professional photographer I not only make sure my equipment is covered I also have public liability & professional indemnity cover.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

To secure your date and finalise our agreement I ask for a deposit of £100 and a contract to be signed. The remainder of the balance is then due 30 days before your wedding.

How far will you travel?

I live in Bristol but cover weddings frequently in London as well as local surrounding areas such as Bath, Gloucester, Somerset & Cardiff. However I love to travel so would consider going anywhere in the UK or abroad just ask!

Do you require a meal?

I do not expect you to provide any food as I am quite happy to bring my own. I will be working throughout the day so will only ever take small breaks anyway.

When will I get my pictures?

Usually it will take between 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year and my work schedule but I will start editing ASAP. Once your pictures are ready I will then give you a code to a private online viewing gallery. At this stage you can ask for any changes to be made to your images and once you are happy I will then post out your USB stick with your high definition files.

Who owns the copy right?

As the photographer I own the copy right to the images however I am happy to allow you print rights. This means you can share the images with family and friends as long as its for personal use. Any commercial use is excluded however if you would like to enter the images for competitions this is something we could look at doing together.

How can I pay you?

You can pay by bank transfer or cheque for no additional charge however if you would like to pay by credit or debit card then there is a small 2% transaction fee.

Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
